By using MyPetDex, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
MyPetDex is provided for personal, non-commercial use to manage your pets' health information and find local services. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pet owner accounts include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription of $5/month is required to continue accessing premium features. You may cancel at any time. Shelters are always free.
The AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant MyPetDex a limited license to display and store that content to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
